Sandberg Phoenix shareholders have approved four new shareholders, bringing the firm’s total number of shareholders to 72. Effective November 1, 2023, attorneys Todd Billy, Anastassia Dambrouskaya, Riley Atwood, and Zachary Merkle assumed the role of income shareholders. Attorney Loren Ettinger was voted in as an equity shareholder, also effective November 1, 2023.
